I don't understand why all the barrels and signs were put up next to the Valero at 13155 Katy Frwy (Eldridge side). There is no point in them, as the construction is North of I-10 on Eldridge. These cones, blocking the turn lane, is causing traffic to back up for over a mile in the mornings and evenings. A seven mile drive, to take my daughter to school, now takes an hour to make each day twice. These need to be removed as people are still getting in wrong lane to jump over in front of traffic to cut the line. I assume the intention was to help funnel people through the construction area, but what has happened is a disruption to everyone, not just the few continuing North on Eldridge past I-10
