However, we’ve only begun to scratch the surface of how they will change our mobility system. The Houston Parks Dept. and Houston Parking Management should create a PARKing program. All parking at parks should be right priced to reflect demand. Parking revenue goes towards park improvements, parking citation revenue goes towards Houston Parking Management operations.
